We know that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay! Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You’ve got 90 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.
- Condition: The item must be unused and in like-new condition. After all, we want it to be garden-ready for someone else!
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs? Non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs? That’s on you, and we highly recommend getting a tracking number. (We’d hate for your package to go missing in action!)
Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically processed within 7 days of approval. Additional time may be required for your financial institution to process the credit.
- If you believe there’s an issue caused by manufacturing or material defects, contact us!
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items aren’t eligible for return. But no worries—if you’re not satisfied, reach out to us. We may offer a refund or replacement based on the situation.
