Weed Control – Safer, Easier and More Efficient
The WeedBall is a windproof non-spray, liquid applicator system, particularly suitable
for herbicide application without affecting surrounding plants. The handle of the WeedBall is a liquid reservoir for herbicide. It features an adjustable flow system that releases the desired amount of liquid onto a roller, which then dispenses it onto the ball itself. The ball is made of a durable foam compound, which, when flexed with a small amount of pressure, pumps liquid to the outside surfaces of the ball. One side of the WeedBall is flat to allow easy operation along walls and curbs.
With no overspray to damage your ornamental plants and chemical use reduced by as much as 80%, the WeedBall is an excellent product for gardens of all shapes and sizes. The WeedBall is particularly ideal for use with glyphosate (Roundup®) and other solvent-based weed killers. However, the use of “green” non-toxic chemicals, or even vinegar-type solutions are perfectly suitable for WeedBall, too.

Mixing the Herbicide Solution
The applicator holds approximately 800 mls. of solution when full. For glyphosate (Roundup®), pre-mix 1 part glyphosate to 9 parts clean water to make a 10% solution. Set the flow control tap to the OFF position; then pour the mixture into the applicator handle.

Easy Application
Set the flow control tap to ensure that the ball always remains moist during use. Turn the tap to the OFF position when not in use or if the ball becomes too wet during use. Simply roll the ball over unwanted vegetation, ensuring the ball remains moist. In dense or tall vegetation an application in 2 directions may be desirable.
After use, empty the handle, set the back flow control tap to FULL and wash the applicator thoroughly with water away from grass or plants. Store with the ball downwards. Hang out of the reach of children and pets.
