The submission process
You must follow this procedure to submit your new product to us:
- Please fill out and submit this preliminary information form.
- Upon receipt of the form we will respond with a return receipt acknowledgement via email within 1 business day.
- If we approve your product for further consideration, we will advise you by email within two weeks.
Don't submit confidential information that would normally need protection via a NDA.
Reminder:
- As noted on our homepage, we are not a full-service invention submission company.
- We are a marketing company, which is over 120 years old, in search of new products to be sold to retail through our own distribution channels.
- We are not a submission company looking to represent your new product to other companies.
Why No Non-Disclosure Agreement?
Simply put we don't want you to send us information on inventions that haven't been patented or aren't patent pending.
